The Superlite is the thinner and lighter brethren of the 2nd Skin Standard. For those who need extra maneuverability like high performance alpine skiers who try to eek out 1/100 of a second to win, this one's for you.

It uses the materials as the Standard, however, it's even lighter and more maneuverable. All Slytech 2nd Skin back protectors are certified to the highest levels achievable in accordance with the European Standard EN 1621-1.

Level 2 for the Standard version and Level 1 for the Superlight version.Many racers of the US Ski Team and Swiss Ski Team choose the Slytech 2nd Skin Superlight back protector, because of it's more aerodynamic shape on the back.
